This policy explains how Plexo Analytics LLC (“Plexo,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with plexo-reviews.com and the Plexo Reviews service. We are a Florida limited liability company with offices at 261 N University Dr Ste 500, Plantation, FL 33324.
When you request a free demo, we collect:
If you become a client, we also collect billing information through our payment processor, the business details needed to manage your Google Business Profile, and the preferences you give us about tone, escalation and reporting.
We use cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. These may include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel. They collect information such as pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and whether you submitted a form. We also record the IP address of demo requests for a short period in order to enforce rate limits and block automated abuse.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them will not prevent you from using the site or requesting a demo.
To prepare a demo, we retrieve reviews that are already published publicly on Google for the business you select. We do not need, request or receive access to your Google Business Profile in order to do this. We obtain this information through the Google Places API and, where necessary, third-party data services. We do not collect private account data, and we do not post anything to any profile during the demo.
We also maintain a database of publicly listed local businesses, including business names, categories, public contact details, ratings, review counts and publicly visible reviews. We use this for market research and to identify businesses that may benefit from our service. If your business appears in that database and you want it removed, email us at the address in section 10 and we will remove it.
If you request a demo, you are asking us to contact you, and we will send you follow-up email about the service. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs promptly. If you give us a WhatsApp number, we may message you there about your demo; reply STOP at any time and we will stop.
For clients only, and only after you accept a manager invitation through Google’s own Business Profile Manager, we access your profile to read reviews and publish responses on your behalf, with your express consent. Every response is reviewed and approved by a person on our team before it is published. You remain the owner of your profile and can remove our access at any time from within your Google account, without contacting us first. We never ask for and never store your Google password.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only to the extent they need it:
We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.
Demo requests and their generated replies are kept for up to 24 months so we can answer questions about what we sent you. Client records are kept for the life of the engagement and for up to seven years afterward, to the extent needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask us to stop contacting you, or ask us to remove your business from our research database. Email the address in section 10 and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; as noted above, we do not sell personal information.
This is a service for businesses. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
