Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of plexo-reviews.com and the Plexo Reviews service provided by Plexo Analytics LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Plexo,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a demo or subscribing, you agree to them.

1. What the service is

Plexo Reviews is a managed service. We monitor the Google reviews of the business location you enroll, draft responses in your business’s voice using AI, have a member of our team review and approve each response, and publish approved responses to your Google Business Profile. The subscription also includes negative-review alerts, a direct messaging line to our team, a monthly performance report and a review-growth playbook at onboarding.

One subscription covers one business location. Additional locations require additional subscriptions.

2. Free demo

The free demo uses publicly available reviews and requires no access to your profile. It is provided for evaluation, creates no obligation on either side, and the sample replies we send are yours to use however you like.

3. Price, billing and automatic renewal

• The service is $399 per month per location, billed in advance.
• Your first charge happens when you complete checkout, and onboarding begins immediately. There is no free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically every month on the same calendar day as your first charge, until you cancel. By accepting these terms at checkout you authorize Plexo Analytics LLC to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.
• There is no setup fee, no contract and no minimum term.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. The charge appears on your statement as PLEXO REVIEWS.
• If a renewal charge fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. Service pauses until the payment is resolved and resumes as soon as it is.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice by email. A price change never applies to a billing period you have already paid for. Continuing after the notice period means you accept the new price.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Cancel yourself through the Stripe customer portal — the link is in every receipt and invoice email — or by emailing marketing@plexoanalytics.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period: you keep the service until then, you will not be charged again, and we will keep responding to your reviews until that date. We do not prorate or refund partial months, except as described in section 5. If we charge you in error, tell us and we will refund it.

5. 30-day money-back guarantee

If, within 30 days of your first charge, we have not responded to your Google reviews to your standard, email us and we will refund your first month in full. To qualify:

• You accepted the Google Business Profile Manager invitation so we were able to do the work; and
• Your refund request reaches us within 30 days of the first charge.

The guarantee covers the first billing period only and may be used once per business. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, and the subscription ends when the refund is issued.

6. Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the Google Business Profile you enroll, and you grant us manager access through Google’s own invitation system.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us — menu, hours, staff names, policies — since we use it to write responses in your voice.
• You agree to tell us promptly if a response we published is inaccurate so we can correct it.

7. How we work, and what we will not do

Every published response is approved by a person on our team before it goes live. Nothing posts automatically.

We will not create, solicit or incentivize fake reviews, and we will not attempt to manipulate ratings. We will not publish a response that is deceptive, discriminatory or defamatory. Where a review raises a serious allegation — a health or safety issue, a billing dispute, or a legal threat — we escalate it to you before responding, and you decide how to proceed.

You may instruct us to change tone, revise a response, or stop responding to a particular review at any time.

8. Google’s role

Plexo Reviews is an independent service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google, Google Partner and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC. Our work is subject to Google’s own policies and platform behavior, which Google may change at any time. We do not control whether Google displays, delays or removes any particular review or response, and we cannot promise any placement, ranking or visibility outcome.

9. No guaranteed results

Research and industry statistics cited on our site describe general findings, not a prediction about your business. We do not guarantee a specific star rating, review volume, ranking position, traffic level or revenue outcome. What we do commit to is the work described in section 1, and the money-back guarantee in section 5 is about that work — not about any of those outcomes.

10. Ownership

Responses we publish on your profile belong to you. Our dashboard, internal systems, prompts, templates and reports remain ours. You may use your reports freely within your own business.

11. Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential. We may reference your business as a client in marketing materials only with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end service if payment fails, if we are asked to do something that violates these terms or Google’s policies, or if the relationship becomes abusive toward our team. We will tell you why, and we will not leave a published response in a state you did not approve.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and both sides consent to that venue.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and notify active clients by email of material changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
